Nars Cosmetics Spring '08 collection evokes the 20's Vamp, a look we know all too well on the Silent Screen. Smoldering, mysterious, and seductive. Yes! Nars captures the trademarks of the 20's Vamp... thin straight brows, smoke covered eyes over a hypnotic stare, and the blood stained lip~ ready for her next prey. I find it fascinating and somewhat appropriate that they chose model Lydia Hearst as the face of the collection. She of course, is the great-granddaughter of publishing magnate William Randolph Hearst.
