Besame Powder Giveaway!

I have two beautiful new Besame Cosmetics powders for one lucky winner! French Vanilla and Brightening Violet can both be used on all skin tones, and I have used both before with no problems. I must stress though, as with all dusting and touch up powders, you will have the best results with minimal use. That means very little should be picked up by your brush, sponge or puff.
